I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the main square of Marrakech. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful rooftop terrace and jacuzzi with a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff was amazing, always attentive and made me feel so welcome. They were very good too ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff was always available to assist with any transportation needs.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is extremely close to the main square and all the sights in the medina. It provides easy access to the bustling souks and attractions, while also offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the hectic streets outside. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with a selection of Moroccan treats to start the day.
Some bathroom taps in the hotel could use some maintenance, as they are a bit loose and could benefit from adjustment.

The location was perfect, great to experience the authentic atmosphere of the city. We felt safe and could see the daily life of the locals just outside. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the attention to detail in the refurbishment was evident. It was like an oasis in the midst of the chaos.
The WiFi connection was poor, especially on the top floor, a bit inconvenient. Another downside was that the shower fitting over the bath didn't work properly.

The hotel provided excellent room service, car hire, and laundry services, ensuring that all our needs were met. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like valued guests. The hotel also had a beautiful spa and wellness center, where we were able to relax and enjoy various treatments.
